I was plagued by anxiety for over three years. During that time, it seriously affected my work and life. To overcome this, I tried many self-help methods: meditation, mindfulness, controlling diet, and following doctor's advice to take medication. Through these approaches, I finally recovered. Now, I want to establish such a website - to help those like me who have lost their lives and work due to anxiety. I will share some articles every day to help everyone understand anxiety.
